My Approach to Commissions
Complimentary Meeting
To begin, we schedule a complimentary 30-minute introductory meeting via Zoom. This allows us to discuss your vision and ensure we’re aligned.
Proposal & Agreement
After this conversation, I will prepare a detailed proposal. This proposal will include a clear description of your wishes and a finalized pricing offer. Once you approve the proposal, I will begin the creative process.
Upon agreement, I require a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the artwork.
In depth conversation
Following our initial conversation, we have a deeper discussion to clarify your ideas, after which I begin the creative process.
Check-in & Sneak preview
Along the way, I offer a check-in to ensure the work is progressing in the right direction. During this moment, you have the opportunity to provide feedback, suggest adjustments, or request additional contact if needed. Once you are satisfied with the direction, I will complete the work accordingly.
Delivery
Once completed, the final artwork will be delivered either as a digital file or a printed piece, depending on the agreement.
Pricing
Pricing is based on the scope and complexity of the project, taking into account the estimated work hours and the size of the final piece. Additionally, the pricing may reflect the rights you receive over the digital file, including the use and reproduction of the artwork. These rights are discussed and agreed upon in advance to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.
