About the Artwork

Dripping sadness is about infinite sadness. A sadness from which the tears keep coming and flowing. Where the tear fluid drips heavily down. It feels endless.
It also seems hopeless, with a longing for peace and an end to the tears. Knowing that this moment will come, but for now it is not here. Infinitely sad.

Infinite sadness
To surrender to mental rape.
No choice but to renounce myself,
disown my will.
As sacrifice for physical survival
Sadness and pain

Lost will
Being invisible
Choose not to be
Loss of being (human).
Truly broken,
broken truly,

Tears keep coming,
Heavy sorrow falling
Being broken,
Broken being,
Burdened.
